Open the product detail page, choose/submit your size, color and quantity, then add to the shopping cart. After that, go to the shopping cart page to check out.
(2) How to choose my size?
Please note that all of our garments are made in accordance with standard measurements. A size guide is available on every product detail page. You can choose a size (from S to XXL) according to it or submit your measurements to place a custom order in the area beside product pictures. Besides, email us if you have any questions or special requirements about size.
(3) How to choose my preferred color?
Each product is shown in some particular colors. You can choose the one as our pictures showed or select from the other 30 colors we listed.
(4) What kind of linen fabric is used for the clothes?
Generally speaking, our linen fabrics are classified by their weight, which ranged from light, medium to heavy. Tell us your preference or we decide for you based on the design.
(5) How can I pay? What kind of payment method do you accept?
You can use Paypal, bank transfer or other payment methods to pay for your order. Our staff will contact with you unless you pay through Paypal.
(6) Is it safe to pay online?
We use PayPal as our payment gateway. PayPal is a safe and secure way to pay online, through which your financial details are never shared. PayPal use leading encryption and anti-fraud technology to protect your financial details.
(7) How long do it take for the order arrived?
Free Shipping, $0 (7-25 days, depends on specific destination)
Express Shipping, $15 (3-7 days, depends on specific destination)
The tracking number will be sent to you as soon as the order is shipped.
(8) Can I return the items?
Before you make a return, please contact us to specify the situation. If it conforms to our return policy, we will make refund to you at once.
1. Request of return must be done within 7 days from the date of receiving the order.
2. Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed with all of the original tags attached.
3. As every single product is customized, exchange is not available in our shop. If you need to refund, please kindly note that the payment will only refund 45% of the payment to maintain the cost.
4. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
